WHICH MAY BE RELEASED WITHOUT INSPECTION
In accordance with Section 6443, Food and Agricultural
Code, the following listed plants (including fruits and vegetables) have
been found not liable to cause the introduction of pests into California
when imported for purposes other than planting or propagation, and may
be released without inspection if grown in and shipped from the states
listed.
Individual county agricultural commissioners may authorize
release of shipments of the following plants (including fruits and vegetables)
on an ongoing basis without holding shipments for individual release.
