Gypsy Moth (GM) Sonoma County Sonoma On August 3, Sonoma County trapper Renee Milligan found one male GM while servicing Delta/GM traps. The trap was placed in an oak tree along Lovall Valley Road. At the time of the find, the trap density was two Delta/GM traps per square mile. The find is near a 008A regulated property. In response, Sonoma County Department of Agriculture will increase the Delta/GM trap density to 25 traps in the square mile around the find. CDFA Insect Biosystematist Tom Eichlin made the determination.
